Hotels are transactional. Serviced apartments are functional. Neither category understood the person who needed a private home with the service of a five-star hotel, in a building designed as a brand mark, in the city they were building their life in.
The H Residencies is that product. Not a luxury add-on. A new category — designed with intention, executed with precision, and operated with warmth.
